Subcontractor Contracts are contracts between Capgemini and her subcontractors (both internal and external). What is meant with subcontractors here are parties delivering products or services. Individual persons that will be used as resources and will work under Capgemini’s responsibility, are not meant here. The subcontractor contracts should be ‘back-to-back’ to the contract that Capgemini will have with her Client, from both a KPI-perspective and the financial consequences perspective. The contracts with other entities of Capgemini are often referred to as Inter Company Agreements (ICAs) or internal Statements Of Work (iSOWs). Names for contracts with external subcontractors are: Third party contracts, purchase agreements and license agreements, depending on the products or services these parties deliver.
The Subcontractor Contracts can vary from one document to MBs of information spread over many different type of documents. After these documents have been properly signed by all parties typically pdfs are created to save a firm contract baseline.
